At Jatai International, we stand behind the quality of our professional beauty tools and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify that your item is eligible for return.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original professional packaging, ensuring all blades, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable method to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
